Gift Card Policy

This Gift Card Policy governs the purchase, use, and redemption of Mimro digital gift cards.

1. Gift Card Overview

Mimro digital gift cards are issued electronically and delivered to the recipient’s email address. Gift cards may be purchased directly or issued as part of promotional campaigns.

All gift cards are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

2. Redemption & Usage

  • Gift cards are valid exclusively for purchases made on Mimro.com.

  • Only one (1) gift card may be applied per order, unless otherwise stated.

  • If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.

  • If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will remain available for future use until expiration.

  • Gift cards are transferable but cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

3. Expiration

  • Gift cards expire on the date stated at the time of issuance.

  • Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

  • Expired gift cards will not be reissued, refunded, or extended unless required by applicable law.

4. Delivery

  • Digital gift cards are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase or issuance.

  • Mimro is not responsible for incorrect email addresses entered at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on system processing.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards

  • Gift cards should be treated like cash.

  • Mimro is not responsible for lost, stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent use of gift cards.

  • Mimro reserves the right to cancel or void a gift card if fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Purchases made using a gift card are subject to Mimro’s standard return policy.

  • Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be issued back to a gift card balance unless otherwise required by law.

7. Modifications

Mimro reserves the right to update or modify this Gift Card Policy at any time without prior notice.
